- Customs - CustomsLink our newest business was created in response to post Brexit border complexities and takes a fresh approach to an old established business by digitalising the processes.
What are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for a result driven, self-motivated, confident and outgoing individual to join our small, lively, multi-lingual and collaborative team. You must speak and write fluently in English. Other European language skills will be an advantage!

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate price quotations and other information about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems
- Liaise with ferry and tunnel operators
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with care, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
- Process bookings efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interaction on our bespoke online platform
- Manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and product offerings
What do you need to succeed?
You will need to be strong communicator, both written and verbal, with professional telephone manner and a can-do attitude. Your proactive approach, drive, resilience and focus on problem solving will be the key to your success.
You need to be customer focused with exceptional attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable to quickly changing priorities and most of all a great team player. The teamwork is what makes us succeed!
